There is an online quality team which is deputed to monitor the process quality control at regular intervals. The cleanliness in the plant as well as outside is maintained all the time. We understand that water plays a big role in the quality of our products therefore R.O. treated water is a compulsion in the manufacturing process.

We have fixed a very high standard for all raw materials, packing material and finished goods. For our basic raw materials such as Wheat Flour, Sugar, Refined Oil, Fat, Salt, Fuels, Chemicals and Flavours ISO & HACCP standards are a must.

We have a team which is headed by our Quality Manager which takes care of all incoming as well as outgoing quality of our raw material and products. There are several tests that are performed on all the material that we receive from the market. All tests undertaken are in accordance to the guidelines of ISO & HACCAP procedures. Samples of raw materials and finished biscuits are dated and kept lot wise for keeping a check on the shelf life of products. We have a well equipped laboratory within our company premises which is handled by officers which have a minimum qualification of a Food Technologist/B.Sc. The equipment in the lab is regularly calibrated and certified by a third party at regular intervals. We enter into an agreement with our suppliers in which material specific quality standards and level of tolerance are disclosed. Failing which the company holds the right to reject the goods at the cost of supplier. We are committed to deliver quality and our association is definitely with suppliers who have made a mark in quality supply.
